RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 
All sales are final. If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, as a result of our error, Shrunken Head Studios will exchange the product for a new one of the same kind, if available.  Customers seeking exchanges must notify us within 10 business days of receiving the damaged item.  All products must be returned with 100% of the original contents. Items are not returnable if they are opened, or show signs of wear.  Promotional items that may accompany a product upon purchase, such as prints offered with preorders, must also be returned in the new condition.  If the damage occurred as a result of shipping, and is not an error on the part of Shrunken Head Studios, customers will need to make a claim with the shipping company that delivered the product.  The packing materials found in our products serve only as protection for the product within.

If you need to request an exchange, contact us via email at customerservice@shrunkenheadstudios.com within TEN (10) days from the date of purchase. Let us know what the problem is and follow the instructions provided by our customer service staff. Use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write RETURN on the outside of your box when sending your return to us. Once we get your shipment, we’ll check it out and contact you to complete the exchange. NOTE: We can only accept products purchased through our website. If you purchased our product directly from another retailer and wish to return it for a replacement or refund, you must contact them. We cannot issue direct refunds or replacements for our products sold by other retailers.
